Evening of Reflection for Ministers of the Eucharist @ Our Lady of Victories Church takes place on May 29 @ 8:00pm – 9:00pm.
This is not a ‘training’ evening for new ministers but an opportunity to gather, reflect, pray and sing in the light of this special calling. The Dublin Diocesan Music Group will lead the music. It is hoped that the evening will nourish and deepen our appreciation of the gift of the Eucharist while affirming this aspect of the baptismal vocation to which so many have been called throughout the Diocese.
No need to book. All welcome. Why not come along? Although primarily geared towards Ministers of the Eucharist all those involved in ministry are welcome to come along. You can also join online at www.olv.ie
The Lay Ministry Collection will take place at all Masses this weekend 6th/7th May. It will replace the usual Share Collection.

We are delighted to welcome our new sacristan, Catherine Doyle to our parish team. This position has been vacant since Sadie retired, so it is wonderful for the parish to have this position filled. We wish Catherine every success in this role.
We thank all the volunteers and our Parish Secretary who have helped out during this interim period. We are very fortunate to have such a great team of volunteers in our parish who assist the parish team in all aspects of parish work.
You can catch up with Catherine in the sacristy after Masses.

The collection will be channelled through Trócaire, who are working with partners in the affected area. They have the capability to ensure that any funds raised in Ireland will be managed appropriately to meet the needs of those most badly affected.
