St Valentine’s Day

How one couple used their vouchers

This initiative from the World Meeting of Families 2018 is inspired by The Joy of Love, a letter from Pope Francis to the world, where he emphasises the fundamental importance of time together and personal communication as foundations for a love that lasts.

Where’s the snow?

This was looking like the makings of a great blizzard last night (Tue 16th) but it was all gone this morning. Just as well we took a photograph. Raging we did not get rolling and make a snowman. That would have been one for the books on the way to school!

Icon of the Holy Family

Fr Tim Bartlett explains that at all Christmas Day Masses people will be given a copy of the Holy Family Icon for their home.

The Icon card includes the official World Meeting of Families Prayer. Many of these were distributed at our Christmas Masses. There are some copies still available in the porches this weekend the Feast of the Holy Family.
