We’re delighted to say that our Church will be open for private prayer from 12.00 to 6.00 p.m. daily. This time may fluctuate depending on certain events. E.G. Funerals that take place at 11.00 a.m. On other days the church will be open from approximately 11.00 a.m. allowing for cleaning. With the good weather we have been leaving the church open for longer. We have tried to keep signage to a minimum – we don’t wish to turn our church into a supermarket so we are relying on your discretion. Avoid large numbers, keep your distance, pray and let others pray. So far things have been going really well. Thank You.
Please adhere to the HSE guidelines and restrictions:
- Short Visits are requested and our preference is that you stand and pray. However, if you do feel the need to sit or kneel please help us by keeping the area sanitised. The use of gloves and face masks are but one suggestion. Also it has been suggested to bring your own lighter if lighting candles. (according to the candle supplier – this leaves less candle drips).
- It is recommended that you enter in the left door (choir side) and exit via the right (Parish Shop side)
- Please use the hand sanitiser available
- Avoid any group chats in the Church Porch
Most importantly enjoy your visit and it is great to have the doors open again, albeit in a very different way to what we are used to.
