They have done so with confidence and dignity. These dramas have enriched the word of God for us, helping us to focus and <strong><u>listen.\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>This week was no different, once again the children were at their best. In\u00a0our\u00a0Gospel drama,\u00a0we heard how Jesus, <strong>listened<\/strong> \u00a0to \u00a0his \u00a0friends \u00a0Martha \u00a0and Mary who were\u00a0very\u00a0upset,\u00a0because\u00a0their brother\u00a0Lazarus had died. Jesus was touched by their sorrow. He prayed and thanked his Father for <strong>listening <\/strong>to him. Then\u00a0Jesus did something\u00a0amazing. \u00a0He raised Lazarus from the dead. This story reminds us that Jesus is our friend too, and he listens to us when we turn to him in prayer. So as we all left mass we prayed that our hearts be open to <strong>listen<\/strong> to Jesus and \u00a0that we will reach out, like him, to all in need with love and kindness.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Our Prayer for this week<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/ballygallparish.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Picture1.png\"><br \/>\n<\/a>Thank you, Jesus for being our friend.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Be with us this week, as we continue our journey towards Easter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Help us, to remember you are our friend.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Help us to listen to others.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Help us to share, and spread joy and happiness as<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">We follow in your footsteps.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JESUS LISTENED TO HIS FRIENDS Each week during our Lenten journey, \u00a0the children have dramatised the Gospel story for the day.
